Feminine Energy: How you Release the Pressure!

My whole life I strived.

I wanted to be the best. I was the captain, the straight-A student, the college athlete with a full schedule, job, and internship, and then became the top 1% of my professional peers.

This is not a "hot brag" as my coach Tracey would call it. This is evidence of how much my masculine drive was leading the charge. 

I was achieving like a boss. Winning awards. Getting acknowledged for my "doing"....and I was anxious. I was anxious about holding up this house of cards. I was anxious that I had to be the best and if I wasn't that would mean that I would get found out. People would find out that I wasn't perfect. They would find out I didn't have all the answers.

And then.....my biggest fear would happen. I would stop receiving love because I no longer deserved it. 

Yikes - that's such intense pressure. My guess is you've felt that too. 

I've been untangling this story for 7 years now and there's always a deeper layer for me to access to become sovereign. 

What this represents is creating your life from the toxic masculine energy. Society teaches us that masculine striving, hustling, and always being "on" are the most valuable. It teaches us that our worth is in our productivity and that somehow we should be like Luisa in Encanto - the strong one who can hold the weight of the world without crumbling.

So what's the answer to releasing this pressure - embracing your feminine energy! 

What does this mean? 

We all have masculine and feminine energy in our energy bodies. The masculine and feminine energy has nothing to do with gender, and both males and females can tap into both essences.

The feminine strength comes from her soul and knowing who she is.

According to medium.com "The feminine energy can see the possibilities that are invisible to the structured, masculine energy. Thus she can create opportunities that are in contradiction to logic and had been previously impossible. When a man or woman creates from their feminine energy, they tap into their intuition and receive guidance from their higher selves."

Your feminine needs space for creativity to blossom on its own time. She doesn't like to push or be pressured. She trusts deeply in herself and allows herself to receive abundant support. She desires flow and not rigidity. She doesn't suppress her emotions, she uses them as access to her highest self. She listens to her body for wisdom. And she's not afraid to feel deeply. 

When we begin to get to know our feminine selves and let that piece of us inform our masculine - we are truly unstoppable. I believe that this is why women have been suppressed for centuries. Because a woman in her full feminine power is terrifying to someone who believes in power over others. 

And yet, she's the answer to what's not working in our society. She's the answer to women actually living alive and feeling like they can create with ease.

She's the bridge across to having a life that is in alignment and full of jouy.
